Description

Cicada Communication drops you into a brand-new dormitory life where books, friendships, and romance all compete for your time. In this 2D school-life RPG from developer MF Future, the protagonist strikes out on his own and must balance academics with socializing—hitting the books to ace exams, getting to know classmates, and building friendships that gradually deepen into closer bonds.

As a dating sim with visual novel roots, Cicada Communication rewards effort: put in the time and you might find that special someone to share the summer festival with. The 2DCG art is animated, and the cast features big-tit character designs brought to life with original Japanese voice acting. The story unfolds across a full school year of choices, exams, and relationships, with creampie scenes rounding out the adult content.

This release is the Steam version 1.301 for Windows, published by Shiravune with co-publishing support from Co-FUN Games. English and Chinese text options are included, and content is censored. The game launched in Japan on September 30, 2022, under the original name 空蝉コミュニクション, with the English release following on September 30, 2026.

If you enjoy completed 2D dating sims with animated art and a school-life setting, Cicada Communication is ready for you. Download and play today to start your dormitory year.
