Description

Ball Blast is an 18+ porn game that pairs over-the-top, comically thicc fellas with straightforward shooting action. Wield the Unreal Default Gun to knock out your enemies, then clear the entire group to advance to the next level. Every five levels, a big boss interrupts the regular action—beat the challenge, and the cycle starts again. Left-click to shoot, right-click to drag ragdolls, and press Z to unlock the mouse. There’s no player health system implemented yet, so nothing can stop you from continuing your rampage. As the creator’s first game, Ball Blast comes with a candid admission: its gameplay is rough, and its appeal leans more toward its adult content than polished mechanics. Expect a deliberately silly premise, exaggerated bodies, and a simple loop of shooting, clearing levels, and taking on recurring boss encounters.
