Description

Amour explores the choices that linger long after a moment has passed—the decisions that leave us wondering how different life might have been if we had taken another path. A brief taste of pleasure can bring lasting consequences, changing or even unraveling the comfortable life we once knew. At the heart of the story is a young French couple who choose to spend the summer far from home. Away from the cozy little town where they grew up, the judgment of strangers seems to matter less. Distance offers a different perspective on the expectations they have lived with, especially when home is somewhere they may never have to return to. Set against this summer away, Amour follows a choice whose significance reaches beyond the moment itself. It is a story about possibility, consequence, and the uneasy realization that what feels right for an instant may alter everything that follows.
