Description

In Accidental Mind, a mild-mannered nobody lives in a world where superpowers are a reality—until a horrific accident gives him an extraordinary ability of his own. After being crushed by a flying supervillain, he discovers that he can enter other people’s dreams, turning an otherwise unremarkable life in an unexpected direction. His newfound power offers more than a glimpse into sleeping minds: he uses it to affect the people around him. That premise shifts the focus from the spectacle of a superpowered world to a less visible kind of influence, with an unlikely protagonist at its center. Accidental Mind is a text-based game, with a handful of background images adding visual color. The writing carries the experience, bringing its unusual blend of everyday ordinariness, superhuman catastrophe, and dream-entering powers to life.
