Dying Stars is a story-driven dark fantasy vampire RPG built in RPG Maker MZ, drawing inspiration from “Vampires Dawn” and “Fire Emblem.” At its heart is a dying race struggling to secure its future. These vampires are the stars of their moon goddess and the guardians of nature, yet their existence carries a terrible curse: they must drink human blood to keep their inner beast under control. They live concealed among humanity, with few humans aware that they exist. No new vampires have been born for years, leaving their society divided over how to survive. The queen hopes to begin a new chapter by welcoming humans transformed through a vampire’s bite. Born vampires, however, regard these “false” members of their race as inferior and repulsive. The king pursues another path to salvation—and is willing to pay any price to achieve it. Caught in this struggle is Feran, a respected human lord whose life is saved from certain death by a vampire’s bite. His transformation draws him into a deadly conflict, making him a symbol of the bitter divide between the opposing groups. As the battle over the vampires’ future intensifies, Feran must find his place in a hidden world where the very act that saved him marks him as an outsider.
