Description

Back Door Connection follows James, a young hacker trying to stay sane amid his sisters’ extravagances and his mother’s fixation on social status. Being the man of the house is demanding enough, but family responsibilities are only one half of his life. Away from those pressures, James shares a secret pursuit with his hacker friends, Victoria and Alex: using their skills to help others and expose hidden truths in a world shaped by code and deception. Those two lives begin to collide as secrets from both the past and the present come to light. Drawn toward darker paths and difficult decisions, James faces situations that challenge his ethics as a hacker and his personal moral values. Strange, familiar occurrences and dangerous developments online make keeping his worlds separate increasingly difficult, with threats reaching beyond the virtual realm and into real life. Developed by Doux, Back Door Connection is uncensored and available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. Chapter 6.0 was released on December 26, 2025, with English, Portuguese, and Spanish language options. A Christmas Special is also available for the same platforms, alongside an unofficial Italian translation that was not released by the developer.
