Description

Paid in Flesh puts you in the role of a successful crime boss approached by five women who desperately need money. Rather than simply granting their requests, you deal them into a game of blackjack—with an erotic challenge awaiting anyone who loses. Their need for financial help sets the stakes, while the cards determine whether they must face your challenge. The premise brings blackjack and adult themes together, making each potential loss about more than money. With you holding the power as the crime boss, the five women enter a game where defeat carries an intimate condition. Developed by Hippo Games, Paid in Flesh is an uncensored Windows title available on Steam. The listed release date is October 16, 2026, and the current version is Demo 0.0.1. It supports English and eight additional languages, with Japanese voice acting.
