Description

Sweetest Monster follows Robin Hawkins, a man worn down by a life that seems to have lost its warmth. His marriage to Sally has grown stagnant, his daughter Melody no longer speaks to him, and his exhausting, unfulfilling job makes every day feel like more of the same. Then, in the middle of the night, he encounters Bell—a mysterious girl who seems to be everything he has dreamed of. Bell offers the promise of love and acceptance, but there is much more to this nekomimi heroine than Robin first realizes. As their encounter disrupts his monotonous existence, the distance between his dreams and his nightmares begins to narrow. Blending family drama with an unsettling premise, Sweetest Monster is an ADV-style kinetic novel with a male teacher protagonist and the emotionally bleak tone associated with utsuge. From Sekai Project and Ebi-Hime, the game is available in its final version for Windows, in English, and is listed as uncensored. Its sexual content is limited and softcore, with visible nudity restricted to breasts. A sequel is listed as Sweet Monster Refrain.
