Description

In Netherworld TRansfer, childhood friends Yoshikawa Hikari and Torane Yuta have only recently begun dating when their ordinary school day takes a terrifying turn. As they head home together, violent tremors shake the building, and an eerie atmosphere settles over the school. Screams ring out, followed by the appearance of a monster. With the doors refusing to open and the world outside transformed into an unnatural space, the couple find themselves trapped. A teacher who rushes to their aid is killed, leaving Hikari and Yuta cornered and facing certain death. At that desperate moment, both awaken extraordinary powers: Yuta gains the ability to summon a sword, while Hikari discovers she can wield light magic. Together, they defeat the creature and escape to the infirmary, where they meet other survivors who have also awakened mysterious abilities. Only six people remain: Hikari, Yuta, school nurse Momono Sakura, the school’s playboy student Kento, their otaku classmate Ota, and chemistry teacher Saenaga. Joining forces, this small group sets out to explore the school, now transformed into an otherworldly realm, and search for a way back to their original world.
