Description

Magical Girl Winkle Topaz takes place in a world where the rise of magical girls began with an evil organization known as the Empire. After abducting Azusa Misumi, the Empire transformed her into a magical girl through its “Magical Girl Conversion Project.” Her transformation would ultimately become the foundation for an organization of her own. Working alongside a team of trusted researchers, Azusa studied her magical abilities and helped develop a system capable of turning anyone with the necessary potential into a magical girl. What began with her own experience grew into a worldwide movement, with magical girls operating across the globe. Now, a new magical girl has been assigned to Azusa’s branch. Her arrival marks the next chapter in this expanding world of magical powers and the organization built to harness them. Her name is Magical Girl Winkle Topaz!
