Description

Sluttown USA: Hometown Corruption puts the only surviving copy of a powerful hypnosis app in your hands—and brings you back to a hometown that suddenly feels much too small. Developed by AmusingOddity, version 0.64 sets its story in Woodpine, where a familiar backdrop meets the unsettling possibilities of technology built to change people’s minds.

You play a male protagonist returning after three years as a psychologist at SCAREAWAY, a New York startup developing a mobile app to help people overcome their fears. The project showed promise, but your work also exposed uses far removed from therapy. Now, with the app in your possession, the gap between its original purpose and its potential for misuse drives the premise.

This story-driven game combines animated presentation with themes of corruption and blackmail, framing your homecoming around a tool that could transform life in Woodpine. The contrast between an unremarkable small town and an extraordinary piece of technology gives the setup its edge: you know what the app was designed to do, and you know its possibilities do not end there.

Return to Woodpine and discover where that knowledge leads. Download and play Sluttown USA: Hometown Corruption version 0.64.
