Description

Witch Hunter is a planned visual novel built with the Ren’Py engine, combining story-driven play with a variety of gameplay elements, mini-games, and multiple endings. Drawing on the characters and setting of the animated series, it puts Lord Cedrick at the center of a mission involving a royal succession and an effort to undermine the witches’ unity. Operating under the identity of Rick Hoffman, a local librarian, Cedrick follows Phobos’ orders to find a successor to the throne while weakening the bonds between the witches. His concealed identity and competing objectives form the foundation of the story, with appearances by the witches and numerous supporting characters from the series. The mix of visual-novel storytelling and additional gameplay activities is intended to offer variety as the narrative moves toward its different possible endings.
