Description

In The Angelic PE Treatment Clinic, dungeon adventures always end in defeat for a protagonist whose premature ejaculation and masochistic tendencies leave him unable to overcome any monster girl he encounters. His search for a solution takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a sign advertising “The Angel Clinic: Specialist in Premature Ejaculation Treatment.” Desperate for help with his embarrassing predicament, he steps inside and meets Sera, an expressionless nurse who claims she is an actual angel. Sera’s proposed therapy is hardly what he expected: rather than avoiding the situations that overwhelm him, he must learn to maintain his composure in her presence. Bewildered but hopeful, he agrees—only to find that resisting her charms is no easier than facing his dungeon opponents. Yet beneath Sera’s poker-faced manner lies an unexpectedly affectionate side. Her warm remarks, including “You’re so cute” and “I like you,” give their unusual sessions a tenderness that contrasts with his repeated embarrassment.
