Description

Soft Serve is a 3D kinetic novel that pairs a short, linear story with an unusually flexible presentation. Built in the Godot Engine, it lets you zoom, pan, and rotate the camera on each page, giving you control over how you view its scenes. Animations, varied music, and sound effects accompany real-time skin shaders and breast physics designed to run without a high-end graphics card. At roughly one hour long, the experience aims to entertain without overstaying its welcome. The story follows Alice, a goofy, playful virgin who leaves her cruel mother behind to start life in the city. There she meets Hannah, a cool girl who introduces her to a very unusual ice-cream parlor tucked deep within the urban landscape. Together, they discover that the world is stranger than either expected and try to find their way through its oddities. Frequent sexual encounters, loss of innocence, lesbian content, and futanari themes mingle with bizarre science fiction and dark humor. Soft Serve was made for Windows, Mac, and Linux, though some players have reported that it does not run on their machines. Those compatibility issues led the creator to decide on a different engine for their next project.
