Description

Secrets In Focus is a visual novel blending sharp humor, romance, and a grounded mystery that reaches uncomfortably close to home. You play as a male protagonist sharing a home with Ember, a beautiful, fiery redhead who is your roommate—or your sister with the optional patch. Her inheritance lets her devote her days to being a fashion influencer, but financial security offers little protection from the drama ahead. As you begin a new job as a systems engineer at a modeling agency, the disappearance of Mara, a model connected to the business, draws you into a mystery seemingly intertwined with Ember’s family. Your new workplace and its surroundings introduce a colorful cast. Blair, your razor-tongued goth IT team lead, has no patience for management nonsense or incompetent users, while Hana is a seemingly shy junior stylist whose intelligence and insight may surprise you. Across the street, bubbly Polynesian barista Anaru works at the local coffee shop. Your best friend Mark is a photographer juggling gorgeous but frequently irritating models, including Lea, a blonde bombshell whose apparently ditzy exterior may be misleading. Running the agency is Vanessa, a former model and older potential partner whose motives are difficult to decipher. Rounding out the cast are Indica, a free-spirited yoga instructor offering life lessons about aligning your “large chakra,” and Nigel, an insufferable Operations Manager who knows every management buzzword but little about putting them to effective use. Choices will lead through multiple story branches and endings, with outcomes ranging from romantic to bittersweet—and, in some cases, emotionally devastating. Seeing every route and scene will require several playthroughs. Ember, Blair, Lea, Anaru, and Hana are the five main love interests, while other characters offer additional opportunities for intimate encounters. Romance, sexual encounters, and plot twists sit alongside the central investigation, giving your personal relationships an important place in the unfolding story. Secrets In Focus aims for believable relationships rather than a harem setup, focusing primarily on one-on-one romances. It excludes NTR, cuckold scenarios, and gangbangs, while offering one optional relationship involving the male protagonist and two women. That route includes threesome scenes but can be avoided entirely, and there are no lesbian sex scenes without the protagonist present.
