Description

Screw The City follows a tough, down-on-his-luck country boy as he heads into the crowded streets of a big city with ambitions of reaching the top. Without friends to lean on, he has to navigate unfamiliar territory and difficult circumstances using little more than his natural gifts and the determination to make something of himself. His country-boy looks catch the attention of the city’s pretty young women, but turning heads is only part of what he wants. Hungry to prove his worth, he sets his sights beyond romance and on the success that brought him to the city in the first place. Standing in his way are the city’s power-suited snobs, who are willing to do whatever it takes to distract him from his goals. Between alluring attention and obstacles thrown up by those who look down on him, this ambitious outsider has plenty to contend with as he tries to turn a rough start into a rise to the top.
