Description

Sadie Gets A Life follows an ordinary office worker whose thoroughly mediocre routine ends with an encounter with the legendary Truck-Kun—and an unexpected trip to another world. Suddenly cast as an isekai heroine, Sadie at least knows the territory: her love of romance novels and adult video games has given her plenty of familiarity with the premise. Living it, however, means discovering what she can make of this unfamiliar land, herself, and her newly upgraded body. Guide Sadie through a journey that finds her taking on roles ranging from adventurer and diplomat to outright murder hobo. As she explores her surroundings and discovers more about herself, she’ll have the chance to leave her mark on the world. The game is a love letter to classic 1990s RPGs, with books and paintings that each tell a story—sometimes a decidedly silly one—and a heroine who can admire the scenery while building a body count that would make John Matrix proud. The erotic side unfolds at a slow burn, particularly where the major characters are concerned. Still, Sadie Gets A Life wears its adult identity proudly, pairing its sexual content with in-world conversations about taxes, philosophy, and monetary policy. Come for the otherworldly adventure, stay for the role-playing nostalgia, offbeat humor, and, yes, the boobs.
