Description

In Pecker PI, the war may be overseas, but the streets of Rackham City belong to the mob. You return home after serving your country in the jungles of Southeast Asia, carrying an injury that has ended more than your time in combat. Before the war interrupted your promising boxing career, a world championship seemed within reach. Now, that dream is out of the question, leaving you to find a new direction. With help from your best friend, you reluctantly take up work as a private investigator. It is a far cry from the boxing ring, and your first assignment appears to be a routine infidelity case. Yet what begins as an investigation into a suspected affair soon leads you, quite by accident, into something much bigger. Against the backdrop of a mob-controlled city and a war still raging abroad, Pecker PI follows your unexpected move from former soldier and aspiring champion to private eye. Your first case is only the beginning of a mystery known as The Curse of the Pearl Necklace.
