Description

Patriarch is an ambitious sandbox harem-builder set in a dark near future, where a powerful crime family has brought an entire city to its knees. As the family’s heir, you must make a name for yourself and forge the connections needed to lead an empire. The premise brings together criminal ambition, relationship-building, and the pursuit of power within a city already under your family’s influence. Dating and controlling the women around you is central to the experience as you build a harem of girlfriends, wives, and enslaved partners. Misogyny, degradation, and humiliation are prominent themes, shaping the game’s deliberately dark approach to relationships and dominance. Developed by Oranos, who also lists Empire of Man among their games, Patriarch originally released on September 27, 2021. Version 1.2.2 is uncensored, available in English, and supports Windows, Mac, and Linux. Since version 0.13, the developer no longer endorses the use of images or GIFs in the game, instead directing players who want visuals to a community-provided fan patch. A PDF modding guide and community mods by Clown.34 and Ero-Toth are also available as unofficial additions, separate from the developer’s release.
