Description

Lease with Benefits puts you in the role of Alex, arriving at a new home with a suitcase and the chance to start fresh. Your new roommates are waiting to meet you, while the surrounding town offers more people to get to know. Settling in means more than finding your place at home—it also means deciding who you want to spend time with. Across a four-week preview, you’ll talk, flirt, and spend your days around town. Your choices shape who you grow close to, making each interaction part of Alex’s fresh start. With both roommates and other townspeople to meet, the focus is on exploring connections and choosing which relationships to pursue. Developed by PorchLightGames, Lease with Benefits is available in English for Windows and Linux. Version 0.2.0 was released on October 26, 2026, and is uncensored.
