Description

Kingdom Cumquest follows a disillusioned gamer whose days at home come to an abrupt end when he dies—possibly from thrombosis—while playing his favorite game. His final wish is to return as a hero in a fantasy world, and, against all expectations, it comes true. Reborn as the second son of a noble family, he begins his new life with privilege, opportunity, and ambitions that have little to do with heroic duty. Enter Rieletta, a stern, tsundere knight commander determined to make him take responsibility for defending his new home. Her lectures about duty struggle to hold his attention, however, as he finds himself far more interested in the imposing woman delivering them. Although she recruits him to the war effort, his enthusiasm for battle quickly gives way to a fascination with the romantic possibilities of his new surroundings. There is one unusual complication: the land suffers under a curse called “sterile-osa,” which leaves its men unable to respond physically to attraction. Somehow immune to its effects, the newly reincarnated noble sees his exceptional circumstances as an opportunity to pursue his own desires. Alongside Rieletta, the cast includes the elegant and charismatic Seraphina, the ruthless kuudere Edna, and the sadodere Sandra. Blending an irreverent isekai premise with adult fantasy comedy, Kingdom Cumquest places a decidedly reluctant hero between the demands of saving a kingdom and the temptations of his unexpected second life.
