Description

Inquisitor Trainer: Mortis Invicta begins with a collision, a missing memory, and a ship stranded in the Warp. You awaken with amnesia after your vessel strikes something unknown, only to discover that its Gellar Field has failed and a Warp entity has slipped aboard. With no protection from the nightmare outside, the ship is slowly becoming a daemon’s ideal holiday destination—and your chances of survival are getting worse. Investigate ten clues scattered throughout the vessel to identify the intruder, track it down, and decide how to confront it. Will you handle the threat as a proper Puritan, or give in to the more provocative possibilities of heresy? The mystery unfolds against a science-fiction backdrop that aims for plausibility, though its creator readily admits to being an enthusiastic artist and sci-fi writer rather than a physicist. There is little time to get distracted, even with a crew worth flirting with. Countdown Events escalate the crisis as you delay: the ship sinks deeper into the Warp, living tendrils creep through its corridors, and reality begins to unravel. Two of these events include NSFW artwork, but the danger is more than decoration. Spend too long pursuing the crew instead of investigating, and you may condemn everyone aboard—including yourself.
