Description

In Hooked By A Mermaid Tale, you play as a tourist seeking a peaceful vacation in a remote fishing village. Your plans are modest: soak up the sunshine, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy the unhurried pleasure of casting a fishing line into the water. Yet beneath this quiet seaside escape lies something unsettling. The waves carry a hypnotic rhythm that feels less like the movement of the ocean and more like an order you cannot ignore. Hours slip away as you gaze into the depths, until she appears—a mermaid, beautiful and ethereal, seemingly drawn straight from legend. A single glimpse leaves you enchanted, and the desire to see her again becomes a strange compulsion. What began as a relaxing getaway turns into a search for an elusive figure whose presence seems inseparable from the sea’s mysterious pull. Speaking with the villagers brings conflicting accounts rather than clear answers. Some revere the mermaid as a divine protector, while others regard her with fear that verges on hatred. Caught between their uneasy whispers and the strange patterns in the deep, you must unravel the mystery and decide what her call truly means. Is the ocean guiding you toward a miracle, or drawing you into something darker?
