Description

Hard Times In Hornstown is a text-based sandbox game that combines time management with adult themes. You play as an unremarkable everyman who has fallen on hard luck, working to manage your time and money efficiently while building the life you have always wanted. Its open-ended format centers on balancing limited resources and deciding which opportunities to pursue. The game includes heterosexual and gay sexual content, along with a range of fetishes. Most featured fetishes have both voluntary and involuntary routes. Male–male content specifically includes encounters between men, rather than referring only to scenarios in which the player character becomes a woman. Alongside these encounters, the player character can undergo both physical and psychological transformations. Choices can lead to very different outcomes, though the available conclusions currently lean entirely toward darker results: every implemented ending is a Bad End. The more extreme transformations are also currently confined to those endings, an important distinction for players exploring the game’s transformation paths.
