First Time follows a man who wants to lose his virginity—but how he approaches that goal depends on the path he takes. Three routes are currently playable, with six planned in total, offering everything from shy romance and shared inexperience to dominant partners and solo exploration. Each route brings its own encounter, relationship dynamic, and themes. The playable Experienced Female Partner route introduces the protagonist to a woman at a bar who finds his shyness cute, with an emphasis on fluff, romance, and softcore content. The Trans Partner route is also playable, though it does not yet include sexual content. Here, he meets a trans woman at a bar who likes him but does not get a chance to tell him she is trans, leaving that revelation as a surprise. Its listed themes include fluff, romance, softcore, trans domination, and possible feminization. In the playable Solo route, he chooses to stay home and drink, accidentally discovers trans porn, and follows his curiosity down a rabbit hole of self-feminization, chastity, and sissification. Three additional routes are works in progress. Virgin Partner centers on meeting a woman at a coffee shop who, like the protagonist, is a virgin, with fluff, romance, and softcore themes. Male Partner begins with a bar encounter between the protagonist and another man; they hit it off and get drunk, in a route featuring bromance, softcore content, and gay themes. Goth Dom Partner introduces a goth woman at a bar whose charm draws him into her bed. Although they initially become a cute couple, their relationship begins to change, with planned themes of romance, femdom, pegging, chastity, and cuckolding.
