Description

Deep Dark Fantasy is a fantasy visual novel that puts you in the role of a misfit soldier. Your task is to solve problems for the world’s inhabitants, helping both people and non-human beings—and receiving “rewards” for your efforts. That premise brings an unconventional angle to military life, shifting the focus from a soldier’s usual duties to the needs of those you encounter. The game’s artwork and animations are drawn entirely by hand, giving its fantasy setting a handcrafted visual identity. Running on its own game engine, Deep Dark Fantasy combines that artistic approach with a visual novel experience centered on an unlikely soldier, unusual requests, and the rewards that come with lending a hand.
