Description

In Dead Forest, Laki knows all too well what it means to be an outcast. Beastmen who come close to him disappear, leaving him burdened by a curse he is determined to break. His search for answers takes him into the Dead Forest—a place from which almost no one has ever returned. The secrets of Laki’s fate are bound up with the mysteries of the forest, but who holds the key to understanding them? A shaman who keeps watch over destinies, a ghost from the past, or a young magician who has lost his way home may offer the answers he seeks. Each raises new questions about where his journey will lead. Accompanying Laki is Claude, a mysterious stranger whose identity adds another uncertainty to an already perilous quest. As Laki ventures into the Dead Forest, the question is not only whether he can escape his curse, but who among these enigmatic figures will help him uncover the truth.
