Description

Below The Fold is an irreverent adult RPG about the frustration of being attractive, right, and efficient in a world full of people who seem determined to get in your way. Its abrasive humor plays with the idea that doing the right thing is its own reward—and that ignorance is no excuse. Centered on female protagonist Amber, the game mixes slice-of-life storytelling and exploration with themes of past trauma, trust issues, body dysmorphia, corruption, and increasingly reckless behavior. Religion, capitalism, science, and even nanomachines sit alongside its deliberately provocative social commentary. A 2D game featuring 3DCG artwork and animated story and adult scenes, Below The Fold offers quests, puzzles, dungeon exploration, fishing, combat-training robots, and multiple ways to travel between locations. Explore places such as Cliffton, a mansion, a strip club, flood-risk caves, a crypt, mines, and a lighthouse, with guide arrows distinguishing main objectives, side quests, and reckless activities. Stress, damage, and filth systems accompany a costume and outfit system, while map zoom and cell-phone travel tools help with navigation. Dates, repeatable encounters, an art-class modeling questline, and reactions to Amber’s exhibitionism connect character interactions with the wider world. Its adult themes include female domination, public and casual nudity, exhibitionism, voyeurism, sexual jealousy, polyamory, stripping, prostitution, groping, and nude figure modeling. Tanlines, social nudity, being the only person undressed, and answering the door naked for a pizza delivery are also among its featured scenarios. The cast includes Liam, Derek, Julien, Sunny, Megan, Harmony, Cole, Maple, Boss, Roma, and Dr. Delson, the strip club’s medical doctor. Across its locations and encounters, the game balances sexual situations with violence, traumatic flashbacks, philosophical conversations, and absurd humor. Developed by iLTinoBambino, Below The Fold is available uncensored in English for Windows. The listed release is Episode 5 R4 DTF, dated October 18, 2025, expanding the game with additional areas, characters, progression, encounters, and broader access to its world.
