Description

In A Wish Come True, Bella is a 19-year-old university student who lives at home with her dad and feels almost invisible to the people around her. Overweight, meek, quiet, introverted, and innocent, she struggles to find her place at university, where her size plays a large part in how others perceive her. Her childhood friend Andrew is her only friend—until a summer visit to her grandmother after her first year of university sets an unexpected transformation in motion. During her stay, Bella learns that the women in her family have earned the favor of the Welsh goddess of change. At her grandmother’s suggestion, she asks the goddess for help. The next morning, she wakes to discover that her pear-shaped body has become an hourglass figure, with a slim waist, broad hips, and massive breasts. When she returns home, Bella quickly notices that people treat her very differently. Where that newfound attention leads is up to the player, but whether this is truly the change she wanted remains to be seen. A Wish Come True puts writing, storytelling, and character development ahead of visual presentation. The artwork serves as a visual aid rather than the main attraction, and players should expect some inconsistency in its style. Bella’s changing circumstances and the player’s role in shaping her path are the heart of the experience. The game will not include an incest route.
