Partial Heartful Maman is a partial fan translation of Alicesoft’s Heartful Maman, created after repeated votes in MangaGamer polls failed to lead to an official English release. Originally intended for the translator’s personal use, the project was later shared with fellow fans. Its focus is on scenarios available through Recollection mode, along with related scenes encountered during regular gameplay that cannot be replayed there. The translation covers both Shiori’s and Mai’s routes, with work prioritized around Shiori first and NTR content before vanilla scenes. Listed coverage for Shiori includes all 56 vanilla scenarios, 11 Juuzou scenarios, nine Tsuguo scenarios, 12 Minoru scenarios, nine Hiroto scenarios, three Akira scenarios, five ex-boyfriend scenarios, four Rikuro scenarios, and three miscellaneous NTR scenarios. Mai’s listed coverage includes all 12 vanilla scenarios and three NTR scenarios. Approximately 95% of the translation was produced using DeepL, with the remaining 5% relying on the translator’s self-described rusty Japanese. English is not the translator’s first language, so grammatical imperfections may remain, although quality control on the partial translation has been completed. Character names and scenario titles are left untranslated because changing them requires programming work beyond the translator’s expertise. The patch is intended for an existing installation of the game; original files should be backed up before any translation or font files are replaced.
