Description

La Vitalis: Immortal Loss, the dark fantasy adventure from developer B-flat, puts you in the shoes of Vita—a brilliant young plague doctor whose whole life has been devoted to medicine rather than romance. Now a golden kingdom is rotting from a mysterious infection, and Vita’s relentless studies have left her hopelessly unprepared for what waits beyond the laboratory. This 2D game pairs hand-crafted 2DCG artwork with animated scenes and an adventure-driven story that pulls you from one desperate discovery to the next.

Guide Vita through a world of sickness and desperation as she dives into the forbidden secrets of alchemy, chasing a cure that could save her homeland—or consume it entirely. The infection is only part of the danger; monsters far more malicious than any virus stalk the shadows, and Vita’s sheltered, studious life has hardly steeled her for them. As an elegant young beauty in a land of plague and panic, she must confront threats that no medical training could ever prepare her for.

Fans of adult 2D games will find plenty to sink into here: animated encounters, big-tits heroines, anal sex and creampie scenes, and even bestiality content for those who want the darker side of the fantasy. Every explicit moment is woven into Vita’s journey rather than tacked on, giving the adventure real stakes as her quest for knowledge collides with temptation and terror.

With version 0.58.0, La Vitalis: Immortal Loss blends medical intrigue, alchemy and dark fantasy into one gripping ride, and B-flat keeps expanding the world with each update. If you’re ready to unravel the mystery of the infection before it claims everything Vita holds dear, download and play La Vitalis: Immortal Loss today.
