Description

Shiftide Sharki drops you onto a faraway island where the quiet life you were promised comes with debts, a crumbling hospital, and a shark-girl whose tail keeps flickering past your window. You are Ray Nochi, a former fixer who returns home at his uncle’s invitation to lie low—only to end up running a forgotten hospital from day one.

This nonlinear visual novel from Blue Harpy blends an open-world island with life-sim and management gameplay. Repair broken equipment, dig the hospital out of debt, upgrade your home, and earn money while exploring everything the island has to offer. Nurse Mari is always around to tease you, and a strange pain in your chest refuses to go away—especially once the unpredictable shark-girl guest enters your life.

As a male protagonist, your choices matter: the tone of your dialogue and your progression directly change scenes, unlock new options, and even shift the pace of the story. With 2DCG art, animated scenes, and a dating-sim core, Shiftide Sharki builds an adventure where romance, handjobs, creampies, and relationship routes unfold naturally from how you play.

Version 0.2.1 is ready to explore. Download Shiftide Sharki and start rebuilding the hospital—and maybe a life—today.
