Description

Mommy Milkers Miko is an adult stealth RPG following Mio, the titular miko, as she attempts to infiltrate an evil ninja clan’s compound and assassinate the source of its corruption. Her mission carries consequences for more than just herself: failure threatens both Mio and the rest of her clan with humiliation, sexual enslavement, and impregnation. Heavily inspired by enokifu’s Kunoichi Botan, Mommy Milkers Miko pairs its ninja-infiltration premise with an explicitly adult focus. Despite the assassination objective, the description specifies that the game features no death, placing its emphasis instead on sexual encounters and the consequences of capture. Its stealth-driven setup and clan-wide stakes frame an experience intended for players interested in those themes.
