Description

Three months to bring one forsaken region under control—and an endless swarm of peasants who refuse to stop biting. In Captain Headsman, you are the Captain, sent by the king to restore order by whatever means prove necessary. Your mandate leaves room for both ruthless punishment and calculated restraint, but every decision serves the same goal: results. This dark medieval sandbox centers on the spectacle of violence and the psychology of fear. Carry out clean executions, conduct night raids, and display heads on spikes to make your authority unmistakable. Or use carefully measured mercy to turn the village against itself, making division another instrument of control. Captain Headsman offers no heroic gloss to its brutal premise. Here, authority rests on the block and the axe, and mercy is as deliberate as bloodshed. With only three months at your disposal, the question is not whether your methods are noble, but whether they will restore order.
