Power in this dystopian future can be inherited, bought, negotiated, or seized by force. This adult-oriented management and character simulation puts you in charge of an Arcology State, with authority over both its territory and the people who live there. Oversee the economy, develop facilities, and navigate political relationships as you manage your urban domain. Governing extends beyond infrastructure: exercising power over the population is also part of your role in a world where national authority has fractured and corporate influence dominates.
