Hermaphrodity And The Mystery Of The Missing Specimens follows a young man’s summer adventure in a point-and-click transformation game that combines exploration, character encounters, and choices about bodily change. Structured around three chapters, it begins with a mostly linear introduction to the mechanics and main cast, with several side quests planned. The Transformation and Final chapters are intended to offer more control over how—and which parts of—the protagonist’s body change. Its adult themes include female domination, chastity, feminization, and optional physical transformation, presented through 2D artwork. Activities and progression involve Missy’s cases, Sissy School, the Pink Room, and an explorable map, alongside encounters with characters including Lola, Eva, Chad, Tom, the landlord, Elijah, and Mr. Jones. Relationship choices and character-specific events add variety, while a clickable Purity tracker provides details on recorded progress. The cult storyline introduces multiple routes involving Missy, Morgan, Bodhi, and Martin, although its escape sequences and the subsequent world remain unfinished in this release.
