Description

In Cassia And The Sealed Laboratory, a routine introduction to a new workplace takes a dangerous turn. Newly appointed director of a research institute, Cassia meets her junior colleague Ren and begins a tour of the facility. Her first look at the institute is abruptly interrupted when a test subject escapes, triggering a complete shutdown and a power outage. The escaped subject releases a gas with disturbing effects on those exposed to it. Men’s bodies begin to mutate as they lose their sanity, while Cassia experiences a different change: her sexual desire steadily intensifies. With the institute sealed off and plunged into darkness, Cassia’s arrival becomes a crisis defined by both the threat around her and the changes within her own body. The contrast between her new position of authority and the facility’s sudden collapse sets the stage for a tense adult scenario of scientific danger and escalating desire.
