Love Strikes Thrice follows three protagonists as they contend with complicated relationships, mounting responsibilities, and the messy realities of adulthood. With names you can change, Eric Hayes, Kurt Morris, and Derek Langley each face a different turning point in their lives—and the possibility that love might disrupt everything they thought they understood. As vice president of the student council, Eric Hayes seems confident and dependable to his friends. Maintaining that reputation, however, is a daily struggle. When a new neighbor and a chance encounter enter the picture, the carefully managed life behind his reassuring image begins to change. Kurt Morris, meanwhile, has enjoyed a carefree college experience thanks in part to his family, his friends, and his knack for getting out of trouble. But when circumstances finally force him to take things seriously, he finds himself without a clear direction. Could joining a club help him find his footing? Derek Langley spends much of his time behind the bar at Nihil Dulce, pouring drinks and hearing his patrons’ stories, whether he wants to or not.
