Description

The Velan Reach: Book One is an adult visual novel that blends steampunk and science fiction in a distinctive setting. You take on the role of a humble academic who, alongside his lovely assistant, receives an invitation to join a noblewoman’s expedition into the unknown. Its ambitious purpose is to rediscover the long-lost location of humanity’s cradle—but the journey soon becomes more complicated than a scholarly pursuit. As you grow acquainted with your fellow expedition members, you find yourself drawn into a web of intrigue. Everyone has their own reasons for joining the voyage, as well as personal motives for seeking your company. Traveling through strange and exotic places, you encounter a varied cast that includes aliens and robots, getting to know them while dealing with the events that unfold along the way. These relationships offer opportunities to uncover what drives your companions and, if you wish, become intimate with some of them. Yet discovery brings challenges as well as connection. The experiences you share may force the entire expedition to reconsider the goals and ambitions that first brought you together.
