Description

In Hopeless Infatuation, life in a mansion should make taking it easy a breeze. After your mom caught your millionaire banker dad cheating and divorced him, you settled into life with her and your sister. You finished high school last year, and your ambitions haven’t stretched much further than enjoying a comfortable life of leisure. Unfortunately, your mom has other ideas. She wants you to be productive, contribute, and do something with your days besides lounge around. And she’s not settling for another round of excuses: unless you get your act together, she’s threatening to send you to “The Ranch.” Suddenly, keeping your cushy lifestyle means putting in at least a little effort. For someone determined to avoid hard work, that leaves one obvious strategy: get on Mom’s good side and scrape by with the bare minimum. Hopeless Infatuation sets up a clash between your commitment to doing nothing and a mother who refuses to let you get away with it.
