Description

In Sex Life With A 65 Year Old, Yui is a widow living alone with her father-in-law after her husband’s death in an accident. Domestic by nature and soft-hearted, she finds it difficult to say no to others. Recently, her father-in-law has begun calling her “Mommy,” leaving her uncertain about how to respond to this troubling change in their relationship. Her father-in-law survived the same accident that claimed his son’s life, but his miraculous survival came with lasting consequences: he lost much of his cognitive and language abilities. Against this backdrop of bereavement and life-altering injury, the story centers on Yui’s difficult home situation and her struggle to understand and handle his behavior.
