Description

A mysterious plague grips Pyrewood in Relicts Of Aeson, turning its villagers into slaves to their own desires. Alarmed by the strange affliction, the church and the mage guild send agents to investigate. Yet the land’s ruler has schemes of his own and little interest in cooperating, leaving competing powers at odds as the crisis unfolds. Caught between these rival interests is Ariana, a young master thief who must ally herself with one of the parties to save her girlfriend—and perhaps the entire realm. Her journey brings her into a village with three factions: The Inquisition, The Mage, and The Orgy. The plague and the struggle surrounding it form the backdrop to a story that blends personal stakes with a wider conflict. The non-patron version currently includes three quests for The Inquisition, one for The Mage, and six for The Orgy, alongside many other scenes to discover throughout the open world. Rather than simple errands or item-collection tasks, these quests are story-driven, adding several new scenes, individual illustrations, or even new gameplay mechanics as you explore Pyrewood’s troubles.
