Private Vice is an adult life-simulation sandbox RPG set in a fictional South Florida city, where rebuilding your life means deciding what kind of future you want. You play as a man in his early forties whose disastrous financial gamble has cost him his marriage and nearly everything he owns. With only a phone, a little over $100, and no permanent place to stay, you must find your footing and choose where to go from here. Look for work, keep your basic needs in check, and explore the city to meet new people and discover opportunities. Buy clothes and cars, test yourself in underground street races, or train and compete in MMA. Criminal jobs offer another direction, while building relationships can lead to private encounters. From everyday necessities to more daring pursuits, you decide how to spend your time and what to work toward. There are no classes to select and no fixed career path to follow. Instead, opportunities emerge naturally through the locations you visit, the contacts you make, and the messages, jobs, and events you encounter. Your phone serves as your office, and the city becomes your playground—a place to start over on your own terms.
