Description

Rai & Kai’s Awakening is an adult yaoi visual novel/RPG that blends exploration across the continent of Gaia with a journey of supernatural discovery. You play as Rai, a 20-year-old whose life is changing dramatically as he begins to awaken as a Pleasure Faye. To complete his transformation, he must venture into the world, seduce others, and pass on the blessing of the Passion Deities. Rai isn’t the only one discovering this hidden heritage. His half-brother, Kai, has also begun to awaken, revealing a secret their shared mother kept from them both. With their already adversarial relationship fueling a competitive streak, the brothers make an unusual wager: whoever seduces the most people and awakens first will become the other’s slave for an entire year. Having recently moved to Theospolis, the largest human city in the world, Rai has plenty of opportunities to begin his search. Exploring Gaia and finding people to seduce form the heart of the experience, as you guide him toward becoming a fully awakened Faye while his rivalry with Kai adds a personal stake to the adventure.
