Description

Delivery Diaries puts you on the seat of Ren’s bike as a 24-year-old courier pedaling between his home in the quiet village of Hanamura and the nearby city of Aoba in present-day Japan. Hauling ramen and parcels should be simple work, but somehow every other delivery address belongs to a woman who makes his route far more complicated than it has any right to be—and Ren, a protagonist who is not especially good at keeping his eyes up, is not helping his own case.

Developed by DAiMAi, this slice-of-life dating sim unfolds one day at a time, with the hours between deliveries left entirely in your hands. Soak in the bathhouse, text people back, help Granny Tanaka carry her crates, or take a turn down the slide at the playground. The townsfolk notice what you do, and Hanamura remembers, so the small choices add up as you build relationships across a cast of women who are never short on suggestive tension.

The game blends 2D art and animated AI CG scenes with a comedy-first tone, and it leans hard into its adult content—expect big tits, female domination, and handjob scenes woven into Ren’s increasingly awkward daily routine. Even back home there’s Mom, who firmly insists she did not make breakfast for him, keeping the humor sharp between encounters. Every character in the game is 18 years of age or older.

Whether you’re here for the dating sim progression or the explicit animated scenes, Delivery Diaries delivers a lighthearted, character-driven ride through rural Japan. Download and play version 0.1.1 today, and see how much trouble one courier’s route can stir up.
