Description

FALSE NINE is an adult 2D football career RPG that puts you in the boots of a female striker entering the men’s game under a male football identity. Starting in amateur football, you’ll work to build a career through the divisions while trying to keep your secret from the club. Progress means more than proving yourself on the pitch: you’ll also need to navigate the relationships and everyday decisions that shape your life as a player. Train your attributes, compete for a spot in the starting eleven, and make decisions at key moments during simulated matches. As you pursue your place in the team, building relationships with teammates and coaches becomes part of the career experience alongside your football development. Away from matches, manage your daily life while balancing your ambitions with the need to protect your identity. FALSE NINE brings sporting progression and personal choices together in a career where earning recognition and staying under the radar go hand in hand.
